A Criterio del Juez PY He’i Particular Conditions

These conditions are in addition to the LegalTax Terms and Conditions and apply to A Criterio del Juez PY He’i. If something is specific to this product, this annex governs; on matters of account, payments, ownership of the workspace and access, the general framework governs.

1. What A Criterio del Juez PY He’i includes

It is a research library of case law (court rulings) and of Acordadas (Supreme Court administrative rulings) of the Corte Suprema de Justicia, with tools for searching, reading, saved references and the He’i assistant. Acordadas are judicial regulation, not case law, and are displayed separately. What you can do depends on your plan: seats, active-use hours and included capabilities, which you see before contracting.

Coverage is partial and grows over time: we do not promise that all the rulings of a court or period are included or that they appear as soon as they are published. Each result indicates its source.

2. Norms and other sources as context for He’i

He’i may use laws, decrees and other norms as internal context to answer and to verify the citations of a ruling. That does not give you commercial access to a library of norms or to other corpora: the only place where a norm is displayed is the read-only viewer you reach from He’i’s sources.

3. Viewing the original: read-only, no download

«Ver PDF original» («View original PDF») lets you read the preserved document in the viewer, without a download button. It does not include the right to download, mass-copy or redistribute. Downloading originals, when it exists, is offered in separately sold packs, with their own conditions.

4. Personal data, minors and reserved case titles

Court rulings may contain personal data. We reserve the case title in Family and Childhood matters, where there are initials of children or adolescents and, in Criminal matters, where the title carries markers of sensitive offences; in the text we hide the names of children and adolescents and ID numbers. Do not reconstruct or disclose the identity of children, adolescents or victims from what you see. Because it is the preserved document, «Ver PDF original» may show the original without those safeguards; use it only for your research and respect the reservation.

If you are an affected person, or you know of data that should be reserved, write to info@legaltax.com.py stating «Data and removal». We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and resolve within 15 business days; removal requests concerning minors or victims are handled with priority.

5. Results of court decisions

A result about how a past case was decided does not guarantee how an authority will decide a future case. A ruling may have been reversed, clarified or superseded, and a cited ruling may not be in the library. An empty result does not mean that no decision exists.

6. The He’i assistant in this product

He’i answers only with sources that the server retrieves from the library, labels each claim according to its source and verifies it before showing it. If there is not enough source material, it says so. You can send it a private document only by selecting it for that query. Answers are an aid to your work: verify each material claim in the original ruling.

7. Active-use hours

Hours are consumed by actual activity time in the product (with the tab visible and recent activity), not by the number of queries. Inactive time is not counted. You can see your balance in the product; when it reaches zero, the product is restricted until you buy hours. For additional hours and their expiry, see the general framework.

8. Acceptance of this annex

To contract this product you expressly accept this annex. If you have already accepted the current general framework, you do not repeat it; if a material version changes, we ask you to accept it again.
